We are only providing a service of hotel and sightseeing tours reservations, and as such we are only responsible for ensuring that these services are provided.

INCLUDED: in most “SINDBAD TOURS” is Hotel accommodation (including associated taxes, service charges), Daily Breakfast, Airport Pick and Drop, a Sightseeing Tour.

NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, Airport Departure Taxes, Visa Charges, Personal Expenses, Shopping Expenses, Lunches and Dinners (except where clearly marked “included”).

We reserve the right to refuse participation in these tours to any person, for any reason.

We accept no liability for loss or injuries or accidents of any type for any passengers traveling on these tours.

We accept no liability for monetary or other loss caused by change of airline schedules, during, prior, or after participation in these tours by anyone.

It is recommended that all passengers wishing to travel abroad purchase a suitable medical insurance policy in the event of any unforeseen illness experienced abroad.

It is also recommended that all travelers to foreign lands exercise normal precautions against theft, such as carrying Traveler’s Cheques, and keeping valuables in the safe provided by the hotel they are staying in.
